Yahoo Application State Plugin is blocked by Mozilla because it was making Firefox slow and crash while browsing Yahoo! mail. This is blocked plugin so we can not find this plugin in Firefox add-on directory and most people who use this plugin are unaware how they got it installed in their computer.

If you have installed Yahoo! messenger or toolbar then you might have got this add-on installed in your system. If you installed Yahoo! tools before installing Firefox then this add-on may come with updating messenger or toolbar.
